  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY RENT?

    Your rent includes everything you need to run a successful salon business, including one completely furnished suite with locking door, front door buzzer system controlled by an app on your phone, common area upkeep, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, washer & dryer access, client waiting area, and a 24-hour secured access system. Suite tenants are responsible for cleaning their own spaces.

  • WHICH KIND OF LICENSE DO I NEED?

    All of our cosmetologists, barbers, estheticians, and nail technicians and other beauty professionals are required to have all professionals licenses that are currently required by the state and city.

  • WHAT ARE THE SUITE HOURS OF OPERATION?

    Regular hours are from 8 am to 10 pm – 7 days a week, but tenants can meet clients at other times as long as they do not disturb the condo owners living in the building. The entry door is locked at all times and operated by a buzzer system controlled by an app on your phone.

  • HOW LONG IS THE LEASE AGREEMENT?

    Lease agreements are typically for 6 months or 1 year but can be for longer periods if desired. We do not offer month-to-month lease agreements.

  • HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

    The security deposit is equal to 4 weeks of lease payments.

  • HOW OFTEN IS RENT DUE?

    Rent is due weekly every Monday via Zelle payment or auto draft.

  • IS PARKING AVAILABLE ON-SITE?

    Ample street parking is always available in front of the salon.

  • CAN I DECORATE MY ROOM?

    Yes. You can decorate your suite to reflect your unique personality.

  • HOW MUCH IS THE RENT?

    Prices start from $300-$500/week. Double suites are available!
